Whilst this banner has been tailored for use outdoors, it can also be used indoors too.
The base comes with wheels and a handle for easy movement once erected and can be filled with either water or sand to keep your outdoor banner securely weighted. The base weighs 2 kg when empty and 20 kg when filled with water/sand.
